The prizegiving was a fun event. It was held in a very nice restaurant in Pocos and was followed by a band and a lot of dancing - a very nice finish to the week.

There was a (very) minor mistake in the way the IGC files for Task 2 were posted which meant that nobody could get a copy to download.

The downloads are complete and the results are ready. Winning task 2 in a time of 1 hour 58 mins 49 seconds is Aljaz Valic (Slovenia / Mastercard - Kovk).

First woman in task 2 is Kamira Pereira (Brazil / Sol Sports) with a goal time of 2 hours 13 mins 3 seconds.

The winning team for Task 2 is Team Parapente

Its being an epic afternoon - we got a quote from Aljaz Valic stating that the task was well set and the timing was perfect - this is supported by the fact that we now have 83 pilots in goal and there are probably more to come..

The race is on - the task is a 63.7km Race to Goal - the map is below.

Window open is in 20 minutes at 11:45 - the Start is one hour later at 12:45

Its the final day and its a beautiful morning here in Pocos de Caldas. The sun is out, the sky is clear blue and there is a light breeze blowing in the town. It looks like a nice day to paraglide.
