The start of any competition is always a busy time but here in Croatia its been a bit busier than usual. The opening ceremony last night was a pleasant break - a few short speeches, some very welcome food and entertainment from a group of Klappa singers (that's the acapella version of singing that is very popular in Istria) - unfortunately, the cameras didn't seem to catch them too well....
