The weather has improved, the wind has decreased, but rain was still there this morning.

After a stormy evening, the rain has replaced wind... and no task can be flown today.

No task today due to the very strong Föhn wind (80 to 100km/h above the Alps).

The sky is fully covered by stratus clouds... there will be no task today.

The first task has started in Grindelwald. The weather is not so good, with high cloud cover reducing thermal activity. The 38km race has started at 13:05...

Today the weather was not so good, strong foehn was expected in the afternoon.
The organisation set a good task of 38 km. Go and back in the valley of Grindelwald and then cross up to Interlaken to make last turn point and goal in the middle of the city.
I was in front with Karel and Stephan Wyss until the last thermal before crossing to Interlaken, bad luck because we couldn't climb enough, as the pilot behind us did. They went straight and arrived higher in Interlaken.
The Venezuelian , Michael Von Waechter, win the task followed by Urs Schonhauer... Congratulation to them.
